ระบบการบริการ เพื่อสร้างความมั่นใจในด้านบริการให้ลูกค้าได้เป็นอย่างดีมาโดยตลอด อาทิ

1. บริษัทฯ มีรถขนส่งในเขตกรุงเทพฯ, ปริมณฑล และจังหวัดใกล้เคียงซึ่งเป็นรถของบริษัทฯ เอง
โดยรถทุกคันติดตั้งเครน ทำให้สามารถบริการและขจัดปัญหาต่างๆ คือ
1.1 บริการยกของลงให้ลูกค้า ณ จุดที่รถเข้าถึง ทำให้ไม่เป็นภาระแก่เครนของลูกค้า ในขณะที่กำลังทำงาน
1.2 ขจัดปัญหาการไม่ตรงต่อเวลาของผู้รับเหมาช่วงขนส่ง เพราะบริษัทฯ จะทราบถึงสถานะ
และขีดความสามารถในการจัดส่งได้ตลอดเวลา
1.3 ขจัดปัญหาสินค้าสูญหายระหว่างทางเนื่องจากการจัดส่ง

2. บริษัทฯ มีผู้รับเหมาช่วงขนส่งให้บริการลูกค้าที่อยู่ไกลออกไปโดยได้คัดเลือกเป็นอย่างดี และเป็นคู่ค้าประจำ
มาโดยตลอด ซึ่งสามารถรับประกันมาตรฐานการทำงานได้ว่าอยู่ในมาตรฐานเดียวกันกับรถขนส่งของบริษัทฯ เอง

3. ให้บริการการสอบเทียบ (Calibration) เครื่องดึงลวดของลูกค้า ในชุดกระเป๋าหิ้ว (Mobile) เพื่อความถูกต้อง
แม่นยำในการทำงานของลูกค้าและประหยัดเวลา, ค่าใช้จ่ายในการนำเครื่องดึงไปตรวจสอบยังสถาบันอื่นๆ

Our company’s servicing system has well developed the following services to achieve the customer’s trust:

1. Our company has lorries, each equipped with a crane, for Bangkok and neighboring provinces
Such cranes are for:
1.1 Unloading at the trucks reaching point so as not to trouble the customer’s crane that is being at work.
1.2 Punctual delivery, as our company always has exact information on the delivery schedule and
power thanks to our refusal to employ sub-contractor carriers, who can cause late deliveries.
1.3 Complete volume of delivered goods without any loss during the course of transport.

2. Our company is also served by well-selected sub-contractor carriers who provide delivery services
in the farther areas and have the same good working standards as our company’s.

3. Our company is also provide by “Mobile calibration machine” for the precision of customer’s
prestressing machines and time, money saving in dispatching for the third party inspection.

Our company has recognized and adhered as a main policy that servicing means not less than quality
the company should have given to the customers.
