“คุณภาพ” ในอดีต อาจจะหมายถึง เพียงคุณภาพของผลิตภัณฑ์เท่านั้น แต่ปัจจุบัน “คุณภาพ” ได้ขยายขอบเขต
ครอบคลุมไปถึงคุณภาพของระบบการทำงาน เพื่อให้ได้มาซึ่งคุณภาพของผลิตภัณฑ์ทำให้ความหมายของ “คุณภาพ” ในอดีตเป็นเพียงส่วนหนึ่งของ “คุณภาพ” ในปัจจุบันเท่านั้นทั้งนี้เกิดจากกระแสของสังคมที่พัฒนาอย่างไม่สิ้นสุดนั่นเอง

ดังนั้น บริษัท บางกอกสตีลไวร์ จำกัด ซึ่งเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของสังคมได้ตระหนักดีถึงคำว่า “คุณภาพ” มาโดยตลอด
จึงได้พัฒนาไปพร้อมกับกระแสสังคมที่ไม่สิ้นสุด จนได้รับการรับรองคุณภาพผลิตภัณฑ์ (มอก.) จากสำนักงานมาตรฐาน
อุตสาหกรรมตั้งแต่เริ่มดำเนินกิจการ, ได้รับการรับรองระบบบริหารงานคุณภาพ ISO 9001 VERSION 2000 ในปี พ.ศ. 2545
และยังได้พัฒนาและคิดค้นการควบคุมอื่นๆ ที่อาจจะครอบคลุมไปถึงคำว่า “คุณภาพ” ในอนาคตซึ่งจะเป็นการสร้าง
ความมั่นใจให้กับลูกค้าและสังคมได้ว่าบริษัทฯ จะพัฒนาการดูแลลูกค้าและสังคมโดยยึดถือคำว่า “คุณภาพ” ตลอดไป

“Quality” in the past refered to the product’s quality only. Having been resulted from endless developments
of the society, “quality” presently means more and even includes the quality systems that are used to acquire the products peculiarity.

Bangkok Steel Wire Company Limited, a firm in the society has realized the word “quality” thus has developed itself as if being the never-ending social currents. The company has been granted the product Quality Certificate (TIS) from Thai Industrial Standard Institute since its establishment and certified The Quality Management System ISO 9001 VERSION 2000 in 2002 and has developed and invented other control systems to better cover the future meaning of the word “quality”which will create customer’s and society’s confidence that the company will always take care of them with “quality”
