ลวดเหล็กกล้าสำหรับคอนกรีตอัดแรง
ผลิตจากเหล็กลวดชนิดคาร์บอนสูง ดึงลดขนาดตามที่ต้องการ เหมาะสำหรับงานคอนกรีตอัดแรงต่างๆ เกือบทุกประเภท
ซึ่งบริษัทสามารถผลิตสินค้าได้ตามมาตรฐานที่ลูกค้ากำหนด อาทิ มาตรฐานผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสาหกรรมของไทย (มอก.),
อังกฤษ (BSI), สหรัฐอเมริกา (ASTM), ญี่ปุ่น (JIS) เป็นต้น
ลวดที่บริษัทฯ ผลิตเป็นชนิดคลายความเค้น ทั้งประเภทความผ่อนคลายธรรมดา (Normal Relaxation)
และความผ่อนคลายต่ำ (Low Relaxation) โดยแบบที่นิยมในตลาดมี 2 แบบ คือ
แบบมีรอยย้ำ (Indented) และ แบบหยัก (Crimped) โดยนอกจากนี้ ทางบริษัท ยังได้มีการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์แบบใหม่
ขึ้นคือ แบบบั้ง (Chevron) เพื่อตอบสนองความต้องการของลูกค้าในอนาคต
ลวดแบบมีรอยย้ำ (Indented)
: เป็นลวดที่นิยมใช้ในตลาดของไทยมาเป็นระยะเวลานาน โดยมีรอยย้ำบนผิวลวด
เป็นตัวเพิ่มการยึดเหนี่ยวระหว่างลวดกับคอนกรีต
ลวดแบบหยัก (Crimped) และ ลวดแบบบั้ง (Chevron)
: เป็นลวดแบบที่เพิ่งมีระบุให้เลือกใน มอก. ฉบับปี พ.ศ. 2540 เป็นทางเลือกใหม่ให้กับลูกค้า
โดยมีคุณสมบัติแตกต่างจากแบบมีรอยย้ำ คือ
- ให้ค่าแรงยึดเหนี่ยว ระหว่างลวดกับคอนกรีตมากกว่า แบบรอยย้ำกว่า 3 เท่า
- แรงอัดในชิ้นงานคอนกรีต มีค่ามากขึ้น
- ลดความเสียหายของผลิตภัณฑ์ในการผลิต และขนส่งลงได้มาก
ทั้งนี้ การใช้งานของลวดทั้งสองแบบเหมือนกันทุกประการ เพราะมีคุณสมบัติทางกลเหมือนกัน
รวมทั้งสามารถใช้อุปกรณ์เครื่องมือต่างๆ ร่วมกันได้ตามปกติ
Steel Wire for prestressed concrete (PC. Wire)
The wire is made from high carbon steel wire, with size reduction drawn to size required
which optimized to most of prestressed concrete works. The Company can produce
to customers requirements such as Thai Industrial standards (TIS), BSI, ASTM, JIS, etc.
The wires manufactured by the Company are stress relieved wires in categories of normal relaxation
and low relaxation which have 2 types; indented the most popular in Thailand and also crimped typed.
Moreover; We have developed the new type called Chevron type to fullfill customers futures need.
Indented Wire is conventional used in Thailand for long times by the indented surface
which increasing bonding stress between wire and concrete.
Crimped Wire and Chevron Wire is introduced by TIS 1997 issued a new option to customer
by having different characteristic which provide as follows:
: More bonding stress between wire and concrete than provided by indented wire three times.
: More compression stress value in concrete works than indented wire.
: Damages of product caused during production and transportation are decreased by a great number.
Both wires are similar used in all respects because of their similar mechanical characteristics
and also can work with same tools and devices.
